Breathe in like a Lion, out like a Lamb
We've been talking about the emotional use of essential oils this month. If you didn't make it to our live class on Tuesday, you can watch it all on the YouTube video below. It was a lot of great information- because we all need to know how to manage our moods. We will be alternating our wellness classes in different formats and encourage you to be a part of them. Hopefully you have an oil that you can take deep breaths of to make life more lamb-like! I know Acceptance, Stress Away, Inner Child, Peace and Calming and Orange are some of mine!
Wellness classes are one of the perks with your Young Living membership.
